Bad customer service
I stumbled across this store in the city 2 years ago and have been going there and using the great webstore as well. Fantastic range and quality shipping. Had an issue with an order recently that i made a mistake and they sorted it in minutes over the phone, absolute fantastic service. Great Company to deal with.
Anime Kaika is a really great store with friendly staff and I regret leaving a negative review like this, but I really want to adress the stickers they put on their products, they are super adhesive and don't come off cleanly, always either ripping off parts of the product, or leaving parts of the glue still on the product, and the glue isn't even clear, it is pink.
