Joe was incredibly helpful. He was authentic and honest and did not try and rip me off. He went above and beyond to provide me with the best rate and provided me with a lot of detail and information needed to make any pet owner feel comfortable in their decision to transport their pet!

Edited due to reading all other reviews Obviously, I must have caught this company at a bad time. They were moving (I think?) so may have been a stressful situation for them. The team were very friendly, and our cat arrived safely. I can't give 5 stars as communication at the time was poor. Going by all the other reviews, this hasn't been an issue before or since. Thank you so much for the entire team at Animal Travel for arranging the safe arrival of our new addition during the busiest time of the year at short notice. The process was easy and I was promptly informed of any necessary changes due to flights etc. My little guy was well careful foe along the way and arrived happy and content.

Have flown many of my dogs interstate always excellent service
