After receiving prompt shipments and excellent service in the past, my order still hasn't been delivered after 3 weeks and the company has not responded to my emails. No one answers the phone. I hope I get my money refunded through PayPal.

No response from my email and every time I call the message says a voicemail has not been set up for it? I'm questioning whether this is. A legit company?
