I'm sure the doctors here are wonderful, but I wouldn't know, as the process to book an appointment is a serious obstacle. The clinic does not take phone calls and forces you into a slow text-message system with automated responses. Why should someone seeking help for their mental health have to deal with a system that feels so impersonal and dismissive?
