I had one of the most unprofessional and humiliating experiences at the Lynch branch today. I came in to deposit a check and explained a previous issue, today I had an issue with the check issuer and their penmanship. Instead of being met with understanding, the assistant manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She raised her voice, embarrassed me in front of other customers, and ultimately told me to leave the branch after I tried to clarify the issue.
