They make it way too hard to do a skip a pay. Terrible customer service
The fraud "protection" has caused me hours of inconvenience. If you are looking for a financial institution choose a different one unless you want to have transactions from reputable retailers like Target, Walmart, Stitch Fix. Additionally. They recently implemented a policy where if you change phones and have Apple Pay, they significantly limit transactions.
