The woman on the phone initially told me the attorney I was going to see was 400/hr. Period. No retainer. I was asking for a simple letter. After the initial consultation, I was charged $400. Then I was sent an email asking for a $5000 retainer. When I called about it his paralegal wouldn't let me talk then sent me another email stating I didn't want their services. Went in for consultation and dude told me he wouldn’t take it because he wouldn’t get in the middle of our disagreement. Isn’t tha your job? It seemed I hurt his feelings almost

Needed help with a title company not disclosing an expired BLM easement. After consulting with them a couple of times they finally said they didn’t have time for me They weren’t very helpful and I ended up contacting another lawyer.
We took an estate planning class through the Boise Community Education program with Sheli Fulcher Koontz and found it to be a very helpful and informative experience. She was very thorough and made the process so easy to understand. We followed through with a visit to her office to set up our will and estate plan and we appreciated her down-to-earth charm and kindness in this whole process. I highly recommend her and this agency for any legal needs!
