Super service! J'ai fait imprimer des patrons et j'avais fait une erreur en téléchargeant mes fichiers, on m'a contacté rapidement pour régler le souci et une fois cela fait j'ai eu les patrons en 2 jours! Je recommande vivement !
They are excellent! I print all my patterns with them, it's the best value around if you have a lot of patterns to print, and they're always organised by pattern. It can take a week or two to get to you but that's standard for Canada Post. They are also absolutely lovely, I often forget to add patterns to my order (or buy some in the meantime) and when I reach out via email they're always happy to add them to my order so I only pay postage once, if they haven't sent it yet of course!
