When they book a meeting be prepared to sit there for hours as they don’t care
Worst experience. It’s been a while since my visit, but it still haunts me. I went for a tour and had to wait over an hour before being greeted by the care manager. I think her name was Satname (I could be wrong), but she was extremely rude and completely emotionless. It felt like she just wanted to rush us out. Other staff, however, were friendly and welcoming, which made it even more disappointing that the person in charge gave such a poor impression. RIP Mum - 01/05/2021. It's now over 3 x years since I was robbed of my Mother. Dear Mum, I'll never stop wondering if I should have instigated a full inquiry into your death. This is strictly my opinion, but I now wonder if I should I have gone to the newspapers, media, lawyers, ministers office, police or church leaders?
