Honestly a joke called them at 9:02am this morning to try and get their help after being told Friday and Monday to call back on Tuesday for food packages and help with it and my calls would get to queue 2 then would hang up was finely able to leave a message at 9:50 gave it half an hour hoping someone would call back as we have nothing food wise and got nothing so I called again for it to be the same thing they hang up couldn’t leave a message so I kept calling back in hopes it wouldn’t hang up again but continued to happen ... read more
Management is a joke. Never trusted staff ornl treated as humans just another number.
It's not my female Anglicare carers they are wonderful to me. It's the hierarchy that are terrible people who care more about money than their clients needs. I am in the process of changing to a much better company.
