I booked 2 appointments for my mother two consecutive Wednesdays . First one didn't bother to show up. Not only when I rang I was informed that I didn't booked an appointment for Wednesday the 17th September. I had to cancel a shift due to incompetence of the operator. Ask to speak to manager was told that one was not available. This is not a very good first impression? My mother was anxious due to her vascular dementia . Anglicare drained my mothers bank account and only then applied her concession rate to her account. Absolutely disgusted by there financially based motivation and treatment. We fired them instead. Do not supply Anglicare a bank account for direct debits despite there request, especially if you are entitled to a concession rate. As sadly, we hear this has occurred to others.
As I’m mums carer I have to rely on Anglicare to shower her as a Son I don’t feel comfortable as no son should . Numerous times I’ve requested earlier times some how scheduling department changes the time I have to chase all the time . It is about time they listen to the customer as at end of the day they are getting paid also accounts need to change their billing payment reference number as I don’t want other customers getting charged for extra payments in which not expecting.
