Leaving their service car in Magnetic Island prime ferry terminal car park 12 hour limit and been there for over a week in the same spot! Parking is limited and only 2 disability spots, so although not in a disability spot has reduced access. Plenty of on road parking with unlimited hours. Get your car out.
They should be called No Care not Anglicare as they service is absolutely discussing.
Nil compassion or empathy shown, only an aggressive uncaring attitude by staff in the Townsville office showing how completely out of touch and detached they really are.
