ABRI looks after my dad very well. The staff are fabulous — friendly, caring and respectful. It’s reassuring to know he is being looked after by such a wonderful team. ❤️

From the first visit to the last , Jacqueline in reception could not have been any ruder if she tried. The rooms are tiny, outdated and dirty, elevators break down daily, TVs broken, wifi doesn’t work and the entire place is filthy and needs a good clean. The facility is extremely dark with limited light and airflow with broken and dirty windows and screens. Medication and meals are a hit and miss. Would not recommend this place for my worst enemy.
