Visited a friend today found the rooms lovely & staff friendly but can't understand why a new facility appears to have so little parking for visitors to Porter Lodge residents. Only just fluked a car park someone leaving. Totally inadequate. Maybe there is parking I'm not aware of? Therefore only 3 stars.

My Mother-in-law has only been in Porter Lodge for a week but in that time the staff have been so caring and helpful making sure she is included in daily activities to make her settling in period easier. Thank you also for allowing us at short notice to use the family room for her 90th birthday yesterday I know she loved being able to celebrate with some of her close family. Gayle Stone
