The entity gets government funding and rental payments from residents but with recent changes and parking restrictions, no regard has been given to families or visitors who want to visit their elderly parents or grandparents. That’s something that they should address. The complex is not just designed to accomodate residents. They still have family ties and having restrictions on parking just makes it harder for visitors.

Nice Property and staff are ok for the most part but the people at the top are all about the $$$ .. Please read the " fine print " as remember this is a business definitely not a Charity !
This place has no empathy or care .. My mother paid her life savings for a 1 bedroom and she was told off the Marketing team she was getting the last unit but after we moved her in we realised atleast half of the properties were empty .. Mum had to pay an Exit fee of over 22,000 and a Donation of over 20,000 and Mum wasn't even Christian lol .. All up Mum paid 49,000 after she passed away and she wasn't even living there for 13 months .. Absolutely Immoral and ill let you come to your own conclusion on this ..
