Not for profit Garbage. My mother in law and her partner moved into a unit at Minto in October. We paid $610k. The sales agent said no fees if the move within 1 year. This was not the case. My mother in law had a fall and had to use a walker. Her partner used a wheelchair. Neither have dementia and they said they have no places for their level of care to move into nursing care. So we moved elsewhere. They returned $579,825 only. They were there only 6 months. Money hungry parasites. Avoid Avoid Avoid
