Homes are falling apart here especially the wood subfloor. Residents are always having some issues with each other.
Lots of activities. Very clean. Locals seem VERY friendly. ( haven't met any snowbirds yet :) 9 hole golf course par 3 looks ok too. Roads are clean. Pool looks refreshing. Clubhouse was getting updates. Nothing really looks old or run down. Some homes are on lake with docks others on golf course, or just across street from all fun. Tienen nuevo administrador y las personas están ahí felices. Todos comparten como si fueran una sola familia. Es un lugar exelente para personas q quieren disfrutar de la vida sanamente. Lo recomiendo.
