I went here to do my 2023 taxes back April of 2024. I gave her all of the forms that were needed. She prepared the taxes and sent the IRS electronically. I waited until June 2024 and checked online and then called ( waited hours on the phone) the lady from the IRS told me to double check my taxes which then I thought was odd- so I went to get a consultation elsewhere and had to pay $100 to them- the guy there told me that there were 2 forms that were missing so he recommended me do an amendment which he said would be $450.
