This place has poor quality control. You may or may not get a good hostess. The person at the desk may or may not be helpful and pleasant. Alpha is much better.

I am not sure what is going on over there, but it seems that the receptionist needs to be retrained in customer service. I tried booking with my favourite MA; Lemon, the other day. I checked her schedule and it said that she was available between the given time and when I called, the receptionist said that either Lemon didn't come into work, or that she is unavailable.
