This place has poor quality control. You may or may not get a good hostess. The person at the desk may or may not be helpful and pleasant. Alpha is much better.

I am not sure what is going on over there, but it seems that the receptionist needs to be retrained in customer service. I tried booking with my favourite MA; Lemon, the other day. I checked her schedule and it said that she was available between the given time and when I called, the receptionist said that either Lemon didn't come into work, or that she is unavailable. Lately, I am having difficulty booking to the online and phone booking. Though the time slot that I specified is free (say 10pm to 11pm) the receptionist will reply to "not possible" suggesting to change it to 9:30 instead. But when I reach out to the attendant- her availability very well does allow the 10pm booking. I want to know what is going on over there? Hope someone can clarify on this. Cheers!!"
Attendants are beautiful, but the receptionist was rude and very unpleasant. Enough for me to not recommend
