My Dear freind Mr Getty was in that place he had an appointed Guardian from Sarasota clerk of courts that gave not a dam about him was only a revenue for her and the facility that would not let Mr Getty have any phone calls and they kept him from any kind of outside contact this place will be reported to JACHO they have allowed Mr Getty to fall once again and he lost his life to the sorry place I am so sorry Mr Getty I tried to get you out of that place 2 falls with in a month apart shows neglect . Our mom has been at Angels for almost 2 years now and we really love this place for her. The staff are wonderful and a special shout out to Susan the activities director, Nick the chef, Marie at the front desk, and all of the rest of the crew who do a fantastic job everyday. The facility is just a few years old so it’s comfortable and very roomy. My mom’s apartment has everything she needs and is expertly cleaned every week by the housekeeping crew. Now that my sister is finally gone from Angels, and I don't have to worry, I can finally enter a review. The reason she was there for so long is a sad story. This place is AWFUL! Having visited my sister over the years (I live in a different state), I can say that I have been disgusted every time I have visited. Most visits, the smell of poop permeated the memory care unit. Will not recommend moving your loved ones in very unorganized and dirty
