Holy Boar! My sister and brother in law went to food show in Vegas and brought back some goodies. As a New Yorker, I’ve never heard of this brand and like most Sicilian New Yorkers, I like to think of myself as a soppressata and salami connoisseur. This place has the best charcuterie, salami, and accompaniments. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have everything truffle infused as well. Soon they will also have a wine selection.

I finally found proper salami in SoCal!!! Tucked away in a little strip mall, Angel’s offers an incredibly good product for the discerning connoisseur. And the brewery next door makes it worth the 50 mile round trip every time.
