One of the worst agencies in Charlotte and now OVERALL! I moved to NC a year ago and I explained during orientation that I would like to PRN and later down the line I will pick up a consistent client. The hiring supervisor stated that she was ok with me doing that. Moving forward I continued to work with my other agency and eventually informed AOC that I was opting out of the position but would reapply in the future. worst company. treat ur kids very aggressively and to mention they rush training with the people they are training to watch ur kids . celine the asian lady very rude and aggressive. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Carolina in the Charlotte location has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to finding care for my child. She is always so sweet and professional. There have been times I thought we were not going to be able to work while our child stayed home to receive care but she has managed to find some of the best nurses in the area. She is definitely one of a kind in this career.
