Very poor service, drove right past me then the wait time went from 0 to 79 minutes
Terrible experience at this tow yard. After our car was totaled in a collision with a semi-truck, we came to pick up our belongings. My 8-month pregnant wife, injured in the crash, was struggling to walk and had to sit down. No staff at the front, gate opened by a tow truck—so I briefly drove in to pick her up. The owner immediately started yelling at me, "Who told you you could drive in my yard?" Called this company 3 times today for a jump for my battery. First visit was fine, Second call the guy was fine and tried to service what he could but did not have the proper equipment to help me so he had to reach out for another truck to come. The new driver integrated my wife about the service I needed, then he shows up and tells me they can not help me.
