Great driver, Mark, came to help me very quickly. He went above & beyond & is a friendly & very knowledgeable guy. Really appreciate it!
Very nice driver dispatched by AAA to tow my car - got to my house in 10 minutes when they projected an hour. I didn’t have to go with, he put the key and my note to the mechanic in the weekend drop box for me. He took the time to call me twice from the drop to tell me my car started up (when it was dead at my house, some fuel relay issue). He didn’t have to call me with that update, but he was kind and professional and thought I’d want to know (which of course I did since you never know what the mechanic will say).
0 stars if I could give it. Angelo’s Towing hit my parked vehicle while towing another one of our cars right in front of our house. We even offered to move the car out of the street to make it easier for the driver to park the towed vehicle, but he declined. Seconds later, he hit our car anyway. The driver gave us the contact information for their claims person, Ronald Lacey, and told us the damage would be taken care of no problem.
