Very relaxing and therapeutic. She is well versed in holistic healing. I enjoyed my visit very much.
My friend and I did the couples sound bath. We appreciated the lead meditation with Angel. My past experience with sound bath involved Tibetan bowls placed on my body while lying on a table. Angel's therapy room had us on the floor. A different experience and the bowls vibrated within the room vs on your body. But we both left relaxed and open minded to a new way of sound bath.
