I originally found this tax accounting firm by Google when our original preparer retired. I think we were with Smoker maybe 3 or 4 years. Last year our return was lost in the mail and since this was a first for us, I contacted the office and asked the person answering the phone what could be done...and she proceded to tell me to go on line and get a copy of the form from the IRS...ya, that would be great but I didn't know what that form was and I don't have a copy machine to make a copy.
