Bought a gift certificate in 2022 (Business website says it was established in 2020). There is no expiration. I called on June 4th and the owner stated they would honor the gift certificate, still. Arrive today, 6/14, and they said it’s a new owner, and handed me a business card with a new name (but the website says it’s been there since 2020??). The store front is exactly the same, same sign, same number. Owner was not polite and did not honor the 2 year old GC as they promised (CA state law states GC’s are good for 5 years... read more

Lack people skills, respect to customers, too pushy...ask bluntly for tips.. massage is not bad...not the best..
