I was an employee at Angel House and I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. Angel House provides a homelike atmosphere and provides genuine quality care to their residents. Management goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each client. My experience in working here was wonderful. I know for a fact that if this company and staff treated clients the way some of the other reviews say they did, the state would have shut it down. My sister had very good care at Angel House.
As an employee for a company, my review is based off experience. I have seen staff leave disrespectfully only to turn around and come back for work. I've watched Angel House rebuild and care for staff and residents in ways most companies will not. It may not be perfect but the atmosphere is full of love and care. Just like all facilities, there will always be pro's and con's. Angel House's Pro's outweigh the Con's.
Very unsanitary, abusive caretakers, not able to take care of special needs like diabetes, HIV positive residence and staff with no precautions being taken, illegal paperwork practices, reported recently to the State board for non-compliance with practices. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! THIS IS AN UNFIT PLACE FOR ANYONE TO LIVE
