When my dad was a resident, the administrator and staff did not follow up on their promises of home cooked meals and quality care. He was fed cold sandwiches, Kool-Aid and potato chips on a daily basis while the CNA ate fresh, hot takeout pizza and watched TV, smoked out on the stoop and played on her phone.
