I’ve been coming to Anew for almost 5 years. The attendance rules are strict but if you follow them, there’s not an issue. As for billing, I have always either gotten something in the mail or an email. Take negative reviews on a psychological business with a grain of salt. I don’t plan on leaving. A number of years ago, my ex-husband and I were having marital problems. He was cheating on me like he was earning airline points, and the counselor we saw here had the brilliant solution to give him space to cheat.
Cody and staff have nothing but amazing. I came here at a very low time in my life and Cody has treated me with nothing but kindness and understanding. I would recommend 100% thank you again Cody!!!!
Issues with billing. Not collecting co-pay, taking months to Bill. Bill going up to $100, $200, $300 over $500 as I made payments on the Porto. I was blocked because it was too overdue. I made payments faithfully each month. Even as my bill kept going up.
