Issues with billing. Not collecting co-pay, taking months to Bill. Bill going up to $100, $200, $300 over $500 as I made payments on the Porto. I was blocked because it was too overdue. I made payments faithfully each month. Even as my bill kept going up.
I would not recommend this place. Only if you have absolutely no other options for counseling, but know you will pay heavily for it $.
My son visited this place a few times for help with some tough things he was going through. While he said the counselor was understanding and easy to talk to, we had numerous issues with the office and billing. First, they over billed me for his initial visit which we were willing to look past even though no corrections were made. Next, they billed us up front for his second visit and did not charge us the copay he was supposed to pay instead.
