With the exception of an older gentleman and the two delivery men, I would not have known I was shopping in Franklin County, generally speaking. Meaning, absent was the friendly, welcoming, “personal” touch that often accompanies a shopping/buying experience in this area. … and a relatively expensive purchase to boot.
