Andy is a crook. We brought our generator to him, When I went back to get it, he says you owe 600 dollars but I didn't fix it. I thought it was one thing but when I put the new 350 dollar part on, it didn't change anything. He still charged me for the part that didn't need to be changed and 2 hrs for labor. Then when my husband called to inquire, Andy hung up on him. Very childish and unprofessional.
