After discussing with Andy I wanted to build a long term relationship with a contractor who did the work themselves, Andy promptly hired a third party flooring company to refinish the floors in my home. He then built a nice profit margin for himself into my price. Because he did not divulge another company had been retained, I left a key everyday for unknown individuals to enter and have access to the contents of my home.
