I had a great experience with Andy’s Auto Rentals. My flight was scheduled to depart at midnight, so I went to check how to return the car and how to drop the key into the box in advance. Unfortunately, the key accidentally slipped into the return box before I was ready. I panicked at first, but the customer service team immediately contacted the manager, who kindly came within 30 minutes to assist me.
