Rude
The team at Andy's were friendly and helpful. Rates for car hire were very competitive, and the shuttle bus made it easy for us to get to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend!
Terrible service. Failed to answer phone at all when we arrived at Gold Coast with call eventually responded to by an office in Brisbane. And 24 hours before returning they called and said we can't take you back to airport from their depot due to a last minute decision to close early. They initially said get to airport yourself at your own expense and finally provided an uber voucher for a standard uber that didn't fit family and bags. Use Alpha car rental. These guys dont believe in service.
This is the best service I have ever received from a rental company. From the shuttle pick up to the drop off they were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and their communication was top notch. We really appreciate it, would highly recommend. Thanks team.
