We had a great experience with Andy’s Auto Rentals. Good value for money, friendly, helpful and reliable. The car we had was spacious, brilliant to drive and very clean. We had no problems at all. When returning the car we had a lift to the airport which really helped us out. Definitely recommend , can’t fault a thing!
Not answering phones and a bit complicated finding the spot to be picked up at the airport. The car was ok, but a cheap MG is hardly the same as a 'Mazda CX30 or similar'. The price was excellent however. Terrible customer service. The chap in the office was quite rude with his staff and his customers at check in and check out. To be fair he had a bit on but the lack of courtesy and common manners was terrible and not nice to hear him dressing down his staff in fron tof the customers.
