Our resume process provides multiple drafts ( as many as needed) and we ask the client to proof all changes made in each draft as well as any needed clarifications. We do not finalize a resume until a client says it’s ready and for us to send the finalized draft. The ONE word he is complaining about is an actual English word that is extremely similar in spelling so it did not flag throughout the draft process or when being finalized.
