They offer such a premier service for one of the most important and hectic investments someone can make. They guided me through the entire process with really cool internal tools that let you track loan status and highly detailed info for what you can expect at every step. I will for sure be utilizing them in the future and highly recommend.

There’s definitely one MAIN difference I’ve had and this is the SIXTH house I’ve bought. Andy and Fairway is the FIRST company to not ask for the same documents over and over again. The first five times I bought a house, it never failed, I was repeatedly asked for the same documents because someone wasn’t keeping track of what was sent. Point is this; Andy/Fairway have their stuff together and everything was so easy and a very seamless process for me. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!
