Andy is a really friendly guy and Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed he does a great Sports massage and has done wonders to my arm. I would highly recommend Andy for your Sports massage needs.
I recently suffered a pinched nerve in my neck and associated knotted muscles in my left shoulder. Andy was incredibly knowledgable and recommended sports massage to help relieve some of the symptoms and some exercises to strengthen the muscles, and after just the first session, the pain was significantly reduced. Would highly recommend!
