Andy was a fantastic guide for a day of swamp photography on Lake Verret! He offered helpful technical and artistic guidance while leaving room plenty of room for creativity and exploration. The experience can be totally tailored to your specific interests and style, and I'd recommend it to photographers of any level.
A great photography experience; photographing in the swamp poses unique challenges, working with Andy helped to minimize those challenges and it was just plain fun. A beautiful and rewarding experience, I could not recommend this workshop enough!
I participated in a photography workshop with Andy Crawford called "Into the Swamp". With the help of Andy, we went out in kayaks and photograph wonderful places of the swamp. I learned so much about photography and processing. This was a wonderful experience. The kayaks were stable; the instructions and help were fantastic.
What a great workshop again! This was my second year in a row going and i still want more. The scenery was beautiful, the accommodations were very nice and Andy was a great host! Rick Berk was there sharing his knowledge as well. I walked away a better photographer! The kayaks work incredibly well and were easy to maneuver. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone who wants to experience the swamps of Louisiana, the sunrises and the wildlife around you.
