Not worth your time or money. Would not recommend.
This is one of the worst mortgage companies. The loan officer ran my credit 4 times in a matter of 2 weeks which lowered my score significantly. Causing the issue that I could not shop around for another mortgage company. Told me that my closing cost would be a 5k because I qualified for fth grant. But his oer running of my credit score casuing it to drop. Disqualified me for the grant. Then 10 days before closing told me that I need 6k in addition to the first number they gave me.
