Dr. Andros is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and really is committed to helping her patients! It is so refreshing to have a healthcare professional who really takes time with her patients !
Dr. Paula Andros is amazing! She goes out of her way to help her patients, including finding special pharmacies where prescriptions are a fraction of the price of regular pharmacies. You never feel rushed when you’re with her… she takes as much time as needed to ensure the best possible care. As well, the choice of frames available is incredible!!
Dr Andros basically saved my vision. My dry eye is so much better. She goes out of her way to help and make things work for me. Office staff are amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, while being helpful and down to earth (stylish too!). I would highly recommend.
I could write a 1,000 word glowing review of Dr Andros, but will try to keep it short! We have been going there since we moved to Strongsville in 2014. I am used to eye doctors mainly just checking on prescription changes and 30,000 foot view of eye health. Dr Andros is much more thorough and greatly cares for her patients. I started seeing Dr. Andros in 2007. For 15 years I felt she provided me with good care and was a very competent eye doctor. She seemed thorough and concerned for her patients. After a relocation to a new city much further away, I needed to find a new doctor and requested my records be forwarded to him. The process of trying to obtain my records was very upsetting, to say the least.
