After introduction, she was more than willing to help in getting just the right products , at just the right price ! Ohhhh what a delight it is dealing through her when I go in your store . May I repeat ' delight ' once more before I go ?🤑

Stopped in this afternoon and the checker , I think her name was Cecilia, was genuinely lovely. Warm, unhurried, actually talked to me instead of through me. That's rare enough at a register that it's worth writing down. Good store, good produce and butcher counter, but it's the people at the front who decide whether you come back. She's one of them.

**1 star** Service at this Andronico's location is consistently poor. When there's no manager on shift, checkout lines back up to 10-15 people deep, and asking staff to open another register gets ignored. It feels like customers here are treated as an afterthought. Albertsons, the parent company of both Andronico's and Safeway, also runs a store on Red Hill Plaza that's similarly troubled — dirty and poorly managed.
