I'm extremely dissatisfied, to the point where I regret even awarding them a single star. This company's practices are highly questionable, having secured over a billion dollars for their clients while accumulating a similar amount for themselves. Their methods involve superficial investigations, followed by scrutiny of the victim's statements, demonstrating a clear lack of understanding in dealing with trauma patients or individuals with traumatic childhood experiences. This shady law firm led me on for years, thinking I was gonna get a settlement. They got paid a settlement, but I did not because they suddenly lost my information for my payout right when it was time to pay. They screwed me over and wasted several years of my life. The good news is during that time I recovered from drugs and nobody can take that away from me, but somebody should take this shady company away from these pieces of Trash. I hope somebody sees them and closes them down.

Couldn't have gotten any better representation. Mr. Ryan McIntosh made the process a lot less stressful. I've heard a lot of people complaining about their attornies not returning their calls or keeping them updated on their case and I promise that is not an issue you will have if you choose Andrews and Thortan. Mr McIntosh has not once ignored my calls and he always replied to my emails within minutes. Going through any legal process is not easy especially when the system can take years.
