Thankful they picked up my case. I had a good case, and hopeful for many years, only to find out they did not communicate or handle my case as I would have expected. I think the ball got dropped and relied upon a lot of email communication verses having important calls to answer questions, or make sure a client understood everything. The Suboxone lawsuits are part of a complex mass tort litigation. An attorney can help you determine the correct deadline and ensure your claim is filed correctly. After two years of sending doccuments these "attorneys" only let me speak to the front desk clerk who told me I had submitted all needed documents. Today I'm told they never had me signed on a retainer fee paperwork and that they could no longer help me.. multiple lies from whitney. Just do not take yourr business here you will recieve nothing

I had left a bad review a few months ago. So I felt obligated to update my review. Nothing has really changed, but the manner in which the young man handled my call made all the difference. He was courteous, and had a positive attitude. Unlike the way I had been treated in the past. Anyway, thank you andrews and thornton for putting someone else on the customer service end. It really makes all the difference in the world.
