I can not recommend this service. After multiple errors made by our servicer, we are still waiting for our federal 2021 refund as of December 2022. I paid $300 for this service and have had to follow up multiple times with the office, and at this point I have been instructed to call the IRS and ask them where my return is. They do not answer.
