Paul Andrews is one of the few private attorney's in RC that actually cares about those needing legal services. It's not at all about him just taking your money and going through this sometimes disastrous judicial process to line his pockets. Those needing a private criminal defense attorney who cares need not look at any other listing in town. Paul is that choice.
