I've given many 5 star reviews but this is not one of them. I've been a customer for twenty years at JB MDL Andrews Federal Credit union. In the past, you could get a Will notarized and they would pull aside two staff members to provide quick signatures as a witness. It takes less than a few minutes for a witness to sign. On the day that I visited and asked if they could help, they had one customer and three tellers. They told me they no longer can sign as a witness. They never gave me an explanation why.
