I’ve been a member of Andrews Federal Credit Union for almost 15 years, but my experience today was beyond disappointing. I went into the branch to get a cashier’s check for my rent on my move-in day, but because I had an out-of-state ID, I was treated with skepticism and made to feel like a criminal. I understand security precautions, but the look on the employee’s face when I provided my ID made me extremely uncomfortable, as if I was doing something wrong for withdrawing my own money. I am very pleased with customer service at AFCU Manchester Lakes. Ms. Douxsy was prompt, courteous and attentive to the issue at hand. My concern was handled expeditiously and they should be commended
