I had a very disappointing experience at the West Springfield Andrews Federal Credit Union. I drove over an hour to this location to get a new card, only to find out that their card machine wasn’t working. What made it worse is that the staff already knew the machine was down but hadn’t made any effort to fix it. They only started trying to resolve the issue after I asked for one. I reported a fraud charge on my debit card and they asked me to fill out a fraud form & send it in - They didn't even wait 3 Full Days for me to turn it in and sided with the fraud. (I wouldn't be surprised if they are also the ones committing this kind of fraud.) And that employee who made the decision, shouldn't be working in a bank.
After a pleasant and enlightening conversation with the branch manager here in West Springfield, I energetically moved my assets from my conventional bank to a credit union, and no other organization or location would work except for this one. Never in my life have I felt so genuinely cared for as I have when working with Allison G. here at the branch. Allison was able to speak eloquently on my many options for building wealth and protecting my income. I’m so grateful for making this transition.
Lyka is the best. She answered all of my questions and showed me options to help me decide where I needed to put my money. She is very professional and smart and very patient. This is why Jim and I love Andrew’s Federal Credit Union.
