Update: These guys really care! I originally was frustrated by their UI but these people want to improve constantly! I am thoroughly impressed by these folks. Really fantastic customer experience.
Andrews FCU is still in the 1990's. Horrible user interface, horrible designed website, and just plain out HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! How in the world does this bank even exist?
I've had the most impossible time getting ahold of anyone to resolve an issue with our loan. It's extremely frustrating that it's a loan for us but the lender won't "deal with anyone but the dealership". That's an outrageous statement. Yes, I've already emailed the member advocacy email so would love to hear back asap.

I had a very disappointing experience at the West Springfield Andrews Federal Credit Union. I drove over an hour to this location to get a new card, only to find out that their card machine wasn’t working. What made it worse is that the staff already knew the machine was down but hadn’t made any effort to fix it. They only started trying to resolve the issue after I asked for one.
