After entering Andrew’s Federal Credit Union, it only took under a minute for the Andrew’s branch manger Seth Asante to welcome me into his office to talk about becoming a member. Seth was incredibly helpful, very welcoming and broke everything down that I didn’t understand. He was super patient with me, and it was exceptional service through the entire process. I want to thank the manager, Mr Asante, for all of his help with my situation. His inspiration and encouragement helped me to make the right decisions. He was very kind and patient. I feel I can trust his advice and can always consult him when I need help.
Horrible experience! My mother gave me a check for the holidays and the manager came out and “called” my mom on the wrong number to verify the check was from her. I was treated like I was doing something wrong for trying to cash a check from the bank it was drawn off of. He finally listened and called the correct number but continued to call my mom the wrong name on the phone. He wouldn’t listen to the fact that my mom said multiple times that she never received a call from the bank after he finally verified it on the correc... read more
