Mona was great! She throughly explained all the different accounts Andrews FCU offers and answered all the questions I had. I’m very happy to have joined.
Waited in drive-thru to deposit a check. Took 5-10 minutes for anyone to come back to window after placing checks, ids, and banking information into the box. When someone came to help we had some complications and the lady helping at the window said she would get her supervisor. Supposed supervisor came over and was talking too far from the microphone so I could not hear her. And when told that, she completely left the drive-thru area and we had told the lady originally helping us that we would come inside to make it easier.... read more
