Moved into the area just under 12 months ago. Looked for ages to find an actual sports/deep tissue massage as a runner and recreational athlete (so many "dodgey" ones along Nepean Hwy). Have now had a number of massages from Andrew here, and they are absolute gold. Calves, gluts and lower back are all so much better now and I'm getting through training runs much better. Highly recommend Andrew. Oh and rates are very reasonable.
Highly knowledgeable and experienced. Andrew really focuses on working the muscle and helping relieve pain. I wanted someone that would dig into my soreness, relieve it and give me quality attention to detail. Great value for money for the service that is provided. I appreciated the straightforward approach. Thank you.
