We worked with Drew on a renovation loan in NJ. We had extremely tight deadlines and a slow start due to technical issues outside of Drew’s control. He was able to help us through the process, checking in with all parties, answering any concerns to ensure our loan closed successfully.
Drew provided a pre-approval then failed to complete the transaction. Extremely poor communication and couldn’t obtain a loan for the buyer after 84 days!!! DON’T USE CROSS COUNTRY MORTGAGE OR DREW TOBIN!!!
