I’m a homeowner who needed a part for a broken faucet. A plumber friend recommended going to Andrew Sheret. I mistakenly went to the front show room rather than the sales/parts entrance, but the folks at the front didn’t send me away. They were so friendly and helpful. They helped identify the part and found me just the right piece. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
Very knowledgeable and solved my plumbing problem
Had to replace a filtration water outlet faucet, like most people hit Home Depot, Rona and no help identifying the correct model. The faucet I needed had main supply stem, air stem and water return to drain stem. While at HDepo, the service rep in plumbing recommended I go to Andrew Sheret, “Best Plumbing place in Kelowna “ she said.
